WTB: 96-00 Civic Coupe

I'm in the Omaha, NE area. Willing to drive/fly to buy something worth the distance. I'm trying to stay around $3k-$4k either slightly modded or stock. Only requirements are as follows:

Manual Transmission
NO BONDO or "quick" body fixes
light or NO quarter panel rust
GOOD running condition

I have a 99 civic si that has b16 swap motor thats been spoon tuned with treznor rims with kuhmo tires. passport lazer detector built into car, jvc head unit with 9x7 touch screen, 5 speed , recaro racing seats, quick release momo steering wheel, 2 10 inch speakers in kicker box with arsenal amp, led headlights , ksport racing suspenion with fully adjustable coil over springs, hands free device usage thru audio with build in microphone, remote start and alarm system, keyless entry, power windows black tint with only 17000 miles. never been in snow or salt, garage kept...$17,000.00 obo
