Whats the diff between these 2 processors? They are the same price and specs.

the only difference is the listed voltage. it shouldnt be different since the item number is the exact same.

The one without the wattage listed (the second one) has a higher voltage. Meaning it uses more electricity, which doesn't make much of a difference unless its a laptop, and you might be able to overclock it more, if that's your thing. Go with that one.

ok thats the answer i was looking for. So that means i might have to buy a diff heatsink instead of using the stock one. More wattage=hotter.
