Default Basics

Why not have a basics forum? I mean, guys who know more about civics, and cars in general, could write about a specific aspect of the car, then noobs can be directed there, or can read it on their own, instead of having so many questions.

that's what stickies are for. The only differences are are that stickies in a specific forum are more organized.
