THE NAME CARDS
I'll also be handing out cards to help ID who is who. Nearly everyone has already submitted their info to me. The information I'll be asking for is basic info (first name, year of car, model of car and trim of car). Nothing that anyone would be able to trace you by. In fact your license plate would be a more reliable way to trace anyone there than what's on the cards. If you happen to block anyone in, you can write your cell phone number on the card so they can call you if they need to leave.

There is no malecious reasoning behind this request and the information will not be posted online (unless perhaps included in photos). I'm just hoping to help bring people closer together since many of us don't know others by our faces or even our cars yet.

The cards will look similar in design to this. If you happen to not have the info before hand I will be handing out blank cards at the meet so that you can add your name and car info too.

MENU:

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
- Camera and Tripod
- Sunscreen
- Money if you want to eat at XXX Rootbeer
- Money for the raffle
- Chairs
- Double check what your kids might need
- Anything you might want to sell locally
- Sharpies to sign . W e r d n a's car as a going-away to him
- HIGH HOPES AND GOOD ATTITUDES!!!

GROUND RULES:
If you cannot act like an adult than DO NOT come to this meet. This is a great spot to have a meet, I don't want any assclowns ruining this spot. If you can do that, then read the following:

NO POT OR OTHER ILLEGAL DRUG USE
NO REVING
NO HITTING VTAK!
NO BOV (nothing crazy, that is, no "display of power")
NO BURNOUTS
NO RACING
***If we hear any of that, you will lose your BOV, vtaks for the month, or tires on the spot ***
This is a FAMILY RESTAURANT with little kids around. Let's not set a bad example in front of them.
With all that said, DON'T BE A JACKASS.

I don't know who else from here might be coming, but we have over 200 cars that are supposed to be coming so far. Last big meet we were expecting 110 cars and ended up with around 300 cars and not enough room by far. This time we have more room and more organization.

Hopefully that won't happen this time. There will be cards handed out, so if anyone has to block anyone else in we can leave a physical description/name of the driver, or better yet, a cell phone number of someone who can move it.
