no ground wire

Default no ground wire

is it possible to drive without the ground wire that attaches to the valve cover? i have the ground wire that attaches to the tranny.

U PLAN ON REMOVING IT FOR COSMETICS? U CAN ALWAYS RELOCATE....AND YES IT WILL AFFECT PERFORMANCE
