Default Cars been in the shop for 4 1/2 weeks, when it was supposed to take 7-10 days..

So, I was looking to get the Mustang fixed, and found a few places to get the front end straightened and new parts, and one was a good price, 2900 for brand fenders, hood, radiator core support, bumper reinforcement, shock absorbers for the bumper, and was painted and feathered into the door so you couldn't tell it was repainted, had the back end fixed from a previous accident..

He told me 7-10 days and it would be back to factory specs, I was done there about 2-3 times that week to check on progress, basically to make sure I wasn't getting raped in the ass, and everything looked good, little did I know, I was.. (I was having to get parts from the junkyard for them, and I had to pay for em, brackets for the fenders, hood bumpers, hood latch assembly)

It took about 2 weeks for him to call and say it was ready, I went done, did a quick look over, and paid him the 2100 rest. He gets it transported to my house for free, and we get that done, me and my father start looking it over real good, just to make sure.. We found out, the front end still wasn't straight, they just put on the fenders, hood and core support, but my collapse shock absorbers and cracked/broken bumper reinforcement were still on! So we started taking measurements, and find out my wheelbase has over an inch difference on one side!!

I rush over to the shop, and am livid, and he tells me he's gotta do what he's gotta do and fix it.. He get's it towed back, free again, that same day, and they put it on the frame jig, to push and pull and bend it back into position.. So I get all the parts he asked from the junkyard (Im going to ask for a refund on this s***.) and I go come back up, to find my brand new radiator core support bent and s***!!

So now I'm even more livid and start going off on him, so he tells me "I'll give you 1500 back, and you keep all the parts on the car and you can take it somewhere else" and I told him I want my full 2900 back, plus reimbursement for my time spent at the junkyard for something they should have gotten and my money spent there.. So he goes away form the money back and tells me to give him another chance, and he'll order a new core support.. so I go back into my truck and think about it for a few mins, and decide to give him another chance (I need it back ASAP to drop the engine back), and he tells me it'll be right and done by this Thursday..

This is getting f***ing old, I can't believe a part that was brand new, less then a week old, was already bent and tweaked, and he said "It's just cosmetic, it doesn't hurt anything", bull f***ing s***, that holds my radiator and basicly holds the front end together.. If it's not fixed this time, I'm taking him court, reporting him to BBB and the California Department of Automotive Repair, who handles the licenses for autobody shops..

I am if he doesn't have it fixed right this time..

He over charged me 50 bucks, and I didn't think anything of it when I paid him, I just thought I'd let it go because it looked good, I'm definitely going to make him give me that back.

That alone is unreasonable.. But seriously, I would start getting ready for battle because something tells me that your s*** isnt going to be right. It sounds like the place you went to is one of those shops that try to cut corners in order to cut down their costs. Also imo, you should NOT have to go junkyarding for parts unless you were trying to cut down cost. If a shop asked me to go to a junkyard to get ANYTHING for my car, I would tell them to eat a dick and take my car elsewhere..

Get the full amount back, get someone reputable to straighten the frame / install the radiator support and paint the car yourself..

I hope you got before/after pics of what the shop has/hasnt done with the car as you will probably need them.. Btw, did you have a written contract with this guy stating what all was supposed to be done with the vehicle?

Sorry for the millions of questions, Ive been down this same road millions of times and want to try to get a better picture of your situation/what's going on..

What?
Factory specs, dimension wise, since it was wrecked and everything was tweaked.

I don't mind junkyarding honestly, I find bunch of good s*** there

The cars already painted, he painted it within the first week..

Oh, I got about 50 Before and After pics, pics with the tape measure showing the gaps and s***.

Yeah, I have a written contract, it's in the estimate he gave me, he lifts what was supposed to be done, the price for it and labor hours, ect, ect.
