50 post minimum????? wtf?

hey does anyone know why there isnt a 50 post minimum anymore to sell cars?
i think its only fair, theres a guy trying to sell his car in the classifieds he hasnt posting AT ALL
and he talking crap about how slow cc is... how the hell can we justify him selling crap and talking crap at the same time? any other thoughts on this? same or otherwise?

I thought it was 100 posts, or 200.

Of course cc is slow... its only 7:15 east coast, still early as s*** for most people.

Yes, there's no minimum because clubcivic didn't want to be held responsable for possible "bad" sales. They felt that having a post count limit was them intervening and that it'd cause them to be held responsible in certain circumstances, so they took it away.

At least I hope thats right.

We removed the rule because some didn't like it some did. If you don't want to buy from someone that has less than 50 posts that is your choice. We aren't forcing anything, as it is up to the buyer to make the decision.

oh no, im not arguing that at all, i guess i just took offense when someone that hasnt posted at all comes here just to sell a car and start talking crap about the site... made me kinda mad. i was just sticking up for CC.

I personally liked the rule to but I understand why it was done away with. I liked when it was 200 posts actually. I'm not saying it should be changed but I've always thought if it were up to me classifieds would be a section just like VIP where you need a certain post count/time registered just to get into it.
