Default Which brake pads??

Semi-metallic, ceramic, organic. which do you recommend for everyday, normal use?

I have had semi-metallic before and i remember them producing a lot of brake dust.
I know ceramic produces less brake dust, which is nice.
But i have never used organic. What are the Pros and Cons of organic?

Also, What brand? Is NAPA fine?
