Default Oil in cylinder 1!?

I hope my piston ring are still good....but cylinder 1 has some oil in it (piston is kind of wet) does this mean i blew my piston ring? blue smoke coming from my exhaust...just broke in the motor...all spark plug are dry..but cylinder 1 is wet...should i do a compression test?

Brand new bottom end. Bore and hone with piston & rod. (SRP & EAGLE ROD)

I did the compression test. Since my Piston and rod are forge i figure it shouldnt be around 180?

SRP piston 9:1 81.5MM
Eagle Rod H Beam

Compression result.

Cylinder 1: 210 around 210) (this one have a bit of oil on piston)
Cylinder 2: 190 (around 190)
Cylinder 3: 210 (around 210)
Cylinder 4: 210 (around 210)
B18C TURBO all the way!
