yeah, I know. I really really need some rims. I'm trying to decide on what ones will look nice. I like these two...

Drag dr9

Drag dr21

Can someone try chopping them on my car please?

ps. I still have that Vadar cluster. It was ok, but the gas didn't seem perfectly accurate.

Do you think the the shrouds would cover the brackets well enough though?
yeah, its my first retrofit... i'm doing my friend's headlights right now too...

The shrouds should cover your brackets well enough. even if it doesn't, you'll barely be able to see them when the cover on.

What projectors are you retrofitting the friends lights with? Oh yeah, and did you have any clearance issues with the projector and everything on the driver's side when you put the headlight back in? Not much room back there...

Sorry to bombard you with questions.

They AGX's are nice and the dampening adjustments worked well. Definitely no complaints. But I only had them for less than a year before I got the Tein coilovers.

np, glad to help. My friend bought e46 projectors. Honestly, I would probably never use them for myself because they're not as sharp as the TL projectors nor are they bi-xenon. But to each his own.

Just make sure your projector doesn't stick out too far and it'll fit no problem. On the driver side, I had to temporarily slide out the power steering after i installed the headlights in order to wire the projector and ballast. Other than that, you shouldn't have any problems. There is plenty of room on the passenger side... especially if you have an intake (stock one takes up more room).

ok, i've been extremely lazy the last few weeks but today I actually got some stuff done.

First I put on the EL trunk lid I bought.

before:

after:

I was able to get the spoiler brake lights to work too

Then I moved on to the tweeter pods. Now its ready for paint. I'm only doing the right side right now.

this is where i left off a few weeks ago:

I primed it to see where to sand more. Then I kept on sanding and sanding and sanding.

After going down to 600 grit i began priming:

now its ready for paint:

Last thing I did was change the halogen license plate lights to LED strips:

Oh yeah, I also got these since my last update:

stainless steel brake lines for brake kit. cant believe they cost me 90 bones

Some wheels. They're nothing special but I don't want to say which ones I got until I get them on the car. Still need to buy tires.
