My new 1991 dx hatch will either start right up or wont fire and just keep turning. I believe its the fuel pump but i would like another opinon, any suggestions?

get a main (pgm-fi) relay, it's under the dash by your left shin. furthest to the outside of the dash near the A pillar

exactly what my problems was and thought to change the fuel filter too while messing with starting wont hurt anything!
