Default carpet removal

i've got the carpet loose.. my only problem is the dead pedal. I can't seem to get it out!!! What's the technique?

Also how do i get the carpet around the center console out... the one around the support member behind where the radio is..

you need to pry the pad out with a screwdriver.


as for center console part, either cut a slit or unbolt the brackets.

thanks, i couldn't tell that there was a plastic cover over the screws.. thought it was just one solid piece..
