Default What fuel line?

Ok so i have a fuel line (or 2) leaking on my 4 door 93 civic dx. Under the car its the 2nd line in from the drivers side of the car. I tried to see where it went to on the fuel pump and it looks to be the smaller line that is just a clamped on rubber hose. Is this the return line? Its leaking right where it is still metal under the car and bends to go up toward the tank. Its the only spot that is rusted. If this is indeed the return line can i just cut the metal part of the line up a bit further and put a longer fuel approved rubber hose on it?

I added the picture below. Pulled the back seat and cover.

Oh and the other line that actually bolts on, i think ill replace while im at it seeing as its rusted at the besd below the tank as well.
