Default Rough Idle, Stalls at stop???

OK! I have a 93 Honda Civic EX 1.5L.

Yesterday I turn on my car and it seems as if it is idling really rough. but got worse when I put in reverse and drive. the car is jumping back and forth until i actually drive away then it rides fine. Now as I stop any red light or stop the car for any reason the car stalls out but will turn on right away. I can keep it from stalling by putting it in Park and giving it a little gas till the light turns green. There are somethings I have already done but the problem continues. I would appreciate some help from anyone. I don't know where to go from here. This has not been a on and off again problem it just started yesterday morning running that rough.

Things done:
New plugs and wires
New dist cap
new fuel pump

What else should I do?????

I've experienced low coolant causing rough idle sometimes. And you may loose some when you clean the iac.
