Default flickering lights

I have a 97 honda civic. The lights flicker while I drive? What causes that and how can I fix it? Could it be a bad ground?

Either bad ground or alternator.

check ground in engine compartment , mine was loose a while back did fix that problem have 2000 civic . ground located below air intake .
