Default 2slo4u: I bet my build is slower than yours...

Decided to make a build thread of my slow progress.
The car is more of a family car so the only engine work will be maintenance parts, but that leaves a clean slate to work with on the exterior.

Here are pics of the car when I first got it in case you haven't seen the other threads I made.

about a month after

plasti-dipped the lower middle of the rear bumper

about 3 months after i got it

Current state

Painted the Type S wheels a Cobalt blue with flakes and pearls I had mixed up for me, under different lighting it looks purple and in the sun the flakes really show although its hard to capture the flakes with the camera

Did a DIY "Home Depot" front lip add-on
should bring the look of the front little bit lower to match the side skirts and protect the HFP front lip

Present:

Whats to come?
Mugen Window Visors and maybe a new paint job down the line.

Thanks guys. I liked the white too, but I got tired of cleaning them everyday, I never like to stay with one thing for too long, and a neighbor painted his wheels white too after seeing my car so I had to change it.

Looks good! Definitely unique. How do you like car as a whole? Any complaints?

As a whole I love the car. Power is there when you need it. Just gotta remember its not a powerful car so I didn't expect much coming from my old civic. But for an automatic daily driver it does well. No complaints from me.

Hell yeah. Glad to hear it man. Have you considered buying a project or anything to work on on the side?

Looks pretty good. Is that a lip kit or what?

One day I will get another project car going again..hopefully more than one actually. I want to restore a n600 or an old school RHD car and also a daily race car like my old one, but for right now I decided to focus in school and get my business started first.

The lip kit consists of HFP Front lip, Mugen Side skirts, and a replica Mugen RR rear bumper
