Angry 96 honda civic p06 ecu issues

i have a 96 honda civic that has a chipped p06 a01 ecu in it that got burnt out so i found a p2p ecu and was wondering if it would work without any issues in the car because i put a 95 civic coupe ecu in the car to test and make sure that was my problem and sure enough it turns the car on and it drives it just has a little file so will the p2p do the same thing??????
