Default Spark plugs covered in oil

I have a 91 civic hatchback with a d15 b1 and I pulled my spark Waite out and they were coverd in oil what could that mean

you might need to change the valve cover gasket. The spark plug tube seal might be leaking.

x3 spark plug tube seals are known to leak oil all over plugs, plus theyre cheap and easy. torque the valve cover down to spec with the new ones if you can!
