well... if it means anything to you.. neuspeed's parent company is h&r.. so they are almost teh same thing. imo, i would chose the neuspeeds. i dont have any real hard reasons.. i just like them and the results i have seen with them. havent heard any complaints about any of the ones you listed tho.

OK here are the spring rates
99-00 Si (EM1) - 201F/99.8R (P/P) H&R Sport - 330F/280R (P/P) Neuspeed Sport - 280F/180R (P/P) Tein S. Tech - 235F/140R As you can see the NEUSPEED is somewhere in the middle...so not too soft nor stiff. But, whats bothering me about NEUSPEED is that when I researched I saw a couple people complainin about them being bouncy. According to that, H&R would be even more bouncy then. Also, reason why TEINS are more attractive is lower price and I hear they make them to suite stock shocks (which I will be running), but again TEINS a slightly larger drop compared to other two, and I think I want smaller drop...so again...DILLEMA f*ck |

if you can wait a month, I will have my Nuespeed Sports installed and I will give you my opions on them...but if not, good luck....I would get the neuspeeds
