well... if it means anything to you.. neuspeed's parent company is h&r.. so they are almost teh same thing. imo, i would chose the neuspeeds. i dont have any real hard reasons.. i just like them and the results i have seen with them. havent heard any complaints about any of the ones you listed tho.

I have a set of neuspeed sports sitting under my bed waiting for some kyb agxs and a ingalls camber kit, so I cant help you with real life proof, but I can tell you I researched and I think that neuspeed is one of the best brands out there around a 2" drop....the sports will drop my car 1.75 in the front and 1.5 in the back and I think that will give it a clean look, and great ride when paired up with the kybs....I was worried about getting shocks that would be really stiff and I heard neuspeeds arent too stiff but not too soft either..I have also heard great things about the H&R sports and since they are the parent company you cant go wrong..I would either go with the neuspeed or the h&r

Angry

OK here are the spring rates

99-00 Si (EM1) - 201F/99.8R (P/P)

H&R Sport - 330F/280R (P/P)
Neuspeed Sport - 280F/180R (P/P)
Tein S. Tech - 235F/140R

As you can see the NEUSPEED is somewhere in the middle...so not too soft nor stiff.
But, whats bothering me about NEUSPEED is that when I researched I saw a couple people complainin about them being bouncy. According to that, H&R would be even more bouncy then.
Also, reason why TEINS are more attractive is lower price and I hear they make them to suite stock shocks (which I will be running), but again TEINS a slightly larger drop compared to other two, and I think I want smaller drop...so again...DILLEMA f*ck
