ok i got it
have each image in a layer in 1 psd.
then move over to image ready.
Create 10(or how many layers you have) steps in animation window (if not visable window -> animation)
start at begining and order what layer you want in each step.(easiest to start at begining and move forward)
select first layer and create tween(looks like a bunch of circles)
In tween make sure you tween with next step.
do this for each step
any questions aim vtecej1

i have both the images in layers in one psd
or i can make them seperated jpgs...

was wondering if you could post the how to with pics... not familiar with imageready at all...

tween? with next step? for all layers in the animation window?
and this will do what? it will make the image fade in and into the next slide?

the tween is in the 6th pic. its right next to the play controls. to change the speed between the images either click on the 0sec under the frame or insted of adding 5 frames add 35 or more(will make image bigger)
