Default Seafoam!

So I decided to try out seafoam since my gas mileage has been s*** lately... I didn't put it in the gas tank or oil yet cuz i read that u have to change the spark plugs and oil after that so I'lll just wait until i have to change those again then seafoam those... also my check engine light came on while i was "cleaning" it and smoke was comin out the exhaust and i was wondering if that was normal? neways here is the vid 8)

my car smoking after seafoam

I seafoamed mine earlier this year, put it in the crank case, gas tank, and vacuum boost line. Smoked like crazy but no cel. I changed the oil right after but I'm still using the same plugs. No problems so far.

Omg.. how much did you put in?!!? I would think the check engine oil is normal because it IS putting a little stress on the car. If it stays on, you did something wrong lol.. plus you DID use alot of seafoam.. did you even take the time to read the instructions?

Yeah smoke is regular, but i don;t know about that much. It seemed like the smoke was getting thinner towards the end though. Take it for a drive 20-30 minutes and put a load on the motor, you know rap it out and see if you can clear it out. Revving the motor like you were helps but it needs to be cleared out. <seafoamed my civic and it was smokin' and bubblin' I was told basically to mash up a hill :) I bet it'll work.

An ass of smoke is okay. I seafoamed mine a few weeks ago and it did the same thing. After running for like 10-15 mins it should pretty much stop. Once you start driving it the smoke will stop after about a mile or so of driving if not less.
