the extra $15,000 in debt would raise the interest rates on my house by about 2 percentage points
and for that extra 2 percentage points over the course of a home loan... i could by a couple evos
it's actually a pretty damn good reason

i have the subie, and hope to be into a new house within 60 days
i can buy the wrx AND save $70,000 AND still buy a house
or i could have paid $15,000 MORE initially, so i can earn myself higher house payments and a higher interest rate
