1.) What insurance do you have? Progressive
2.) Full or Liability? Full
3.) How old are you? 17 but im on a family plan thingy
4.) Male or Female? Male
5.) Marital Status? single
6.) Any accidents or tickets or your record? if so, how many? 1 at fault accident, others were not my fault, 1 speedinig ticket.
7.) city, state you live in? Omro, WI
8.) how much do you pay a year? im not sure because of the family plan thing

i just wanted to do this to tell you to NOT get Progressive, they will Dick you over. my dad crashed my car, and it should have been totalled. my entire front end was smashed, radiator support and all, roof was in a "V" shape, pillars were fucked, windshield was smashed, etc....they refused to total my car. they fixed it totally half ass and gave it back to me with none of the parts on it and 2 headlights that dont even come close to matching. so now im stuck with a car that i dont feel safe in at all.

I hear allstate is the best right now.

Williamsport, Pennsylvania
I pay about ~~800 / year, but i'm on my parents policy, i have every discount i can find (good student, drivers ed), and my parents haven't reported an accident in as long as i can remember.

allstate ftw. They're definately good guys to deal with, and even though i haven't been in an accident, i have friends who have, and they've taken good care of them.

Allstate for sure. I'm willing to bet a lot of companies do. For Allstate I think its 3 years without an accident, but don't quote me on that.

:werd: I had Progressive when I had my accident. They lowballed me by around $2000 and I had to hold out on getting any cash back for three months while they tried to fuck around.

I had a guy do hard time for hitting me without insurance, tags, and a expired license. Plus he is still paying me for the damage done. If I would have known he didnt have that shit, I would have taken the $800 he offered me. It was only a little less then $600 to fix.

Those are such bullshit tickets.. 30 in a 25?? WTF?
:werd: And I'll admit to any where I was speeding.

These ones I was definately guilty of:
- 11-27-2002, 14mph over -69mph in a 55mph
- 05-25-2004, 9mph over - 64mph in a 55mph
- 06-09-2004, 5mph over - 30mph in a 25mph
- 12-19-2004, 9mph over - 34mph in a 25mph

The cop that pulled me over at the speed trap for doing 30 in a 25 (yes, that's the actual ticket, not even lowered) started acting like he felt bad when he figured out my mom was a judge. I'm prety sure he was a noobie.

This one I definately wasn't. I was driving my friend's 2003 Daytona Blue 350Z when I got this ticket. He actually said I was doing I think 83 in a 55. It was lowered in court, though I didn't contest it because it was my word against the sherriff (I think that was what he was... all I know was he ran things in that town).

I been hit a few times in my past, and it's always some jerk off with no insurance, or they take off. I end up paying for it every time anyway!

And I'm not pathetic. I choose not to have insurance. If I couldn't afford it I'd be pathetic...

They used to say that in DE too. I think we're all misinformed. :( Though most cops won't even bother with such a small fluctuation in speed.

Since you seem to be hit quite often, one would think you would have the knowledge to buy UML/UMPD coverage for your vehichle.....shit it's not even that much of a premium, and it would've covered you in those instances. since you try to make a point that money isn't an issue with you, what would stop you from getting a policy now?
