hks ssqv inserts

alright well im gonna switch my rfl bov to a hks ssqv....

ive seen the purple and gold inserts and have some questions.....i know the purple one is to make it a more whoosh sound a bit quieter....now about the gold one.....does it change the sound any? or just for appeal?

each insert has their own sound, buy the pack of all 3 and just swap em until you find one you like. i liked it best with no insert, but thats my personal opinion.
