nope, the K20 engine is really really responive with bolt ons. im pretty sure he doesnt have spray because spray makes it sound different

Oh man you are right, $800 bucks worth of bolt ons nets you an extra 5whp big whoopie! Still a slow high 14 sec car with basic bolt ons!

S2000 with those mods is a 13.8 13.9 car around 240-250hp (about 25-30 more than the rsx) yet it looses ahh yeah!

5 whp? do you know anything about k series motors? look up a few things then get back to me. They aren't exactly your everyday d series. check this link for example http://www.hondata.com/kpro0506.html
Notice thats just w/ a cai. And yes it is w/ tuning, but my god, thats still not to bad eh? And from what I remember, headers and exhaust should easily add the amount that the cai did. Really I would expect atleast 15-20 whp w/ a good header and exhaust.

Notice the RT is .729? that included in the overall time? Also, notice its the guys first time out?

15-20 WHP thats a good one and yeah I have seen a million of em on the dyno, a good friend of mine is co owner of a local import shop here in WA. Last rsx s I saw on the dyno netted a gain of 2 hp from a v2 CAI.

I'm sure you have and I'm sure that your an expert. I think most people know 5whp on i/h/e is laughable esp. on a k series motor. Check that link i posted? apparently not... Also, try to find someone that actually has been to the strip next time, instead of a noob w/ a .729 rt.

Have seen quite a few and did I say I was an expert nope! BTW here is the shop: http://www.fastlaneperformance.com/

So if I have this correct a little 4 banger responds as well if not better than a v8 to basic bolt ons?

i saw an rsx-s get 2 whp off an aem v2 intake also, on the 1st pull after that it started losing power because its a metal pipe and it likes to absorb a lot of heat, and that was with the hood open and a fan goin, id imagine it would loose even more with it close on the street

Those guys were letting the RSX win I'm sorry to say. Either that or they didn't know how to drive... Especially the Evo.
