Need some advice should i fight this ticket?help

I am new to these forums and would appreciate any help. Any ways about a month ago i received a ticket and the charge was exhibition of speed which is a misdemeanor charge dont know much about this kind of ticket but i feel i should of gotten a speeding ticket because thats wat i was doing this misdemeanor ticket has cost me a job oppurtunity because i have a pending misdemeanor. Do you guys think the cop can give me an exhibition of speed ticket for speeding because a speeding ticket is not a misdemeanor the speed limit was 30mph i was going around 40 or a little over he didnt write down my speed on my ticket or anything else just exhibition of speed which at the time i thought it was better to get that then a speeding ticket because cop was sounding like he was helping me out by saying i am not gonna give u a speeding ticket this time so ill put exhibition of speed.

exhibtion of speed doesnt exist anymore. they changed street racing to a class b misdemeanor, automatic arrest. trust me i know.

i would fight it, 1: becuase that law doesnt exist so they have nothing on you, and 2: if the cop trys to say you were speeding, he didnt right down any speed, so they still have nothing on you.

When i had gotton my Speed racing ticket, the ticket didnt have a speed on it either and i tried using that shit and it didnt work. Basicly it was just some redneck ass cop goin "but judge i dem der racing on dat road" and then the judge slapped his damn hammer and pounded me for 340 bucks (was 420). Moral of my story...hes a cop, cops are jack and so are the judges, go fight it and maybe they will reduce your charges

Fight it, and I believe Exhibition Of Speed still exists. For basically "showing off" instead of Racing another vehicle.

i wasnt showing off i was just driving fast or he thought i was showing off bcus i had passengers and is a speed ticket a misdemeanor to?

different laws different states. Btw, how would you miss a job opportunity? Jobs really only care about felony's, unless it was a bank job or something that that requires a completely clean record.

thats what i dont understand i told them it was a speeding ticket but they said someshit about company policy it was verizon company

There's always a way the cops / courts can bend the rules.
