can you chip the pg7 ecu from 88 teg ls?
i would think so but did you get the 88 or the 89 like you needed.

i have the 89, but importsports told me to get a 91 - 92 teg ls ecu? i told you i was new to this..... and its getting expensive!

i have a dohc zc in my 91 hatch the 91 teg ecu did not work in my car but the 89 works fine

how much did the ecu cost u hatch
if it's the zc motor you can only use two ecu's the zc or the 89 teg 5 speed ls, teh 91-93 teg ecu have been used but they have issue's that do not do this motor any good.

you can chip any ecu
i think he knows he can chip the ecu, but he wants to know if he can chip the 89 teg ls ecu, which he can.

Yea man you can, any ECU can be chipped, sorry for the short post before, what do you want it to be chipped to!!!!!!!!!

i just havent been able to find a chip for the pg7... many for the pm6 and pm7... was told youu couldnt chip some pg7's.... ill keep looking... just want to raise the rev limiter..... and more aggresive fuel maps
