What is this and can I take it out?

I want to delete this. Anyone know how? All I know about it is that its for emissions.. and yeah I dont care about that.

In that circle is your fuel line and your vacuum canister box thing. You need both.

its called a "charcoal canister"

basically it is a catch can for fuel vapors from your gas tank. If you do decide to remove it, follow the line back to the tank and cut it off back there. Otherwise your engine bay/interior will smell like gas. If you have emissions where you live, it will not pass if you remove this.
