Last I checked, people angled their exhausts to get a touch of back pressure to help spool up. As far as I know, there's no other reason to have it that way. Aesthetically speaking, I don't really think that the angled exhaust looks very good on cars with such a forward poise. Cars that have a more rocked back appearance (e.g. Supra, 240, etc) can pull it off based strictly on stance. It helps, of course, that both of those cars are likely candidates for... boost.

But it's your car. And HKS does make a good product, regardless of whether or not I like the way it looks.

No it's angled because that's how they welded the can on. It's a look, it's not caused by anything like routing. Did you even think that sentence through before you posted it?
