thanks dude. I'm on the fence with the hood, I'd sell it if my original hood wasn't in such shit shape, theres a lot of little dings in it and scratches which is one of the reasons I bought the CF hood.

thanks mang :thumbup: I know nothing about photoshop nor have it so I wouldn't even know how to go about getting them out of there...but now that you pointed them out they bother the balls out of me :lol:

i'm not very good at doing the whole 'digital darkroom' thing either... i just try to do some depth of field calculations before the shot and hope my aperture and exposure settings are good enough... but i'll usually take 4-5 identical shots at different f-stops just to be safe.

looks like you could benefit from a polarizer filter as well
