Hey guys, I am new to the fourm, I bought myself a Honda Civic for 600, It was a 95 hatch. It had done 137k.
I am not bothered about the milage because I was going to turn this car into a show car.
I was reversing out of my driveway and some guy done a hit and run on me... I do not think the guy was insured because he would of stopped and we could of swapped details, I on the second hand am Third Party Fire and Theft because I cannot afford my Honda Civic Type R and Honda Civic Coupe.
I have a smashed tail light, he smashed the panel, so I can not fit in a new tail light until I have it sorted. I was wandering if anyone has any idea's on money saving tip's so I can get this hatchback up and running to her full potential.
I am a 17 year old soldier, I have just joined the Royal Marine Commando's but my join date is not till after christmas so I basically have no job at the moment that's why my funds are low.
I was also wandering does anyone know where I can buy sils? I need them because the previous owner said he would give me them but he's in germany for 5 weeks for his sisters wedding and catching up with family, so instead of waiting out the 5 weeks I just want to go and buy it myself even though I am low on cash.
Oh and does anyone have any tips for cleaning rust off the engine?
