I've always loved those cars, more so the gsx's but that car is still sweet.

Im sure that having a convertible is nice, but Im not a fan of tan tops on ANY convertibles, and Im not a fan of tan interiors either (which makes it suck even more that my Civic has one ).....but if you like it, then more power to you :thumbs up:.

That turbo is stock right? What kind of power does that thing put down? And what are you lowered on??

Genuine Rolla

not bad. had potential.

10-31-2008, 06:32 PM
nice. a proven motor. i like

10-31-2008, 06:46 PM
you had a fram filter... now thats the real joke
not bad though looked pretty clean.

10-31-2008, 07:02 PM
fram filter no. some 4.5" cone filter form ebay is was stuck on there.

stock turbo, have no clue as for power, but i've beaten an SR20 240SX, and then a WRX from a roll. thats all i had time to race. the timing went out of wack and thats why i won't start, and thats why i don'thave it with me.

not proven yet, i'm not giving up on her soo easily.

and tan tops FTL but leather tan interior is nice too, you just have to make it work.

It'd look 10x better if you got someone to do a good detail on it.

you had a fram filter... now thats the real joke
not bad though looked pretty clean.

Whats wrong with Fram? :what:
I've always used them and NEVER had an issue with a fram oil filter.

Ever tried color correction? I thought your DSM was red, not pink?

10-31-2008, 11:23 PM
Soooo much potential, i love 4g63t's.. nice car.

10-31-2008, 11:29 PM
you know how i know you're gay?
cause you drive a red convertible eclipse!

it's nice...just not a fan of eclipse's...did you do something to the picture, it looks too bright...maybe photoshopped? yes? no?

11-01-2008, 01:28 AM
good eye, i used windows photo editor and played with the brightness, and contrast, ten fiddled some more with the saturation and color temp. you shoud've seen the befores. . very dull pics before. car almost looks new. one quick note about that car, when ever i drove the thing the top was wither back, or i'd have all 4 windows down. i plan on puting a black top on there as soon as i get mt go parts on. she will be a beast come april. MWUAHAHAHA

11-01-2008, 01:46 AM
tan top isn't that bad

11-01-2008, 02:00 AM
I think it'll look better with a black top.
Looks good from what I can see.

always wanted one...

buy a spare tranny before you do, my 1 to 2 gear selector is bent, and i need to open up the tranny to fix it. so it's eaither i save a big of money buy buying a neww selector fork OR i buy a shep tranny, which is gonna run me $900 :(

but an upside to having a dsm, WHEN IT DOES RUN, and you want to go to revorse, you don't need to do the 1st to reverse thing. haha

i'm gonna sink some major money into this one, have some fun with it and then probabaly stock it back up and resell it, then take the money to buy a 1st gen GSX or talon TSi and then put the turbo and all that shit onto the 1at gen. i fly through cars like they go out of style..

11-01-2008, 01:15 PM
Not bad. I'm not a fan of DSM's but I've always liked that model Eclipse the most.

i fly through cars like they go out of style..

How often do you go through cars? Because I know someone that probably goes through cars faster, and gets nicer cars. And yes, he's a college student, probably 22-24 years old.

11-01-2008, 09:35 PM
when they break and aren't worth fixing i get another one, but i don't buy nice cars, my old Si was the nicest car i had.

11-01-2008, 09:52 PM
Car is nice, pictures are awful.
