My Civic Type-R (not a Si)

Hello, I just registered here to check this forum out, and I thought that I could introduce myself (well, my car) here!

I'm from Stockholm, Sweden and this is my car.

A bonus-picture, it's winter here in Sweden now so I don't drive the car for a couple of months, they put so much salt on the roads here :/ But as soon as spring arrives, I'm gonna put this seat in :) I'm gonna buy another one for the passenger seat aswell, but it's gonna be winter for atleast three more months so it's no hurry for me to buy another seat. :P

It's not an extreme tuned car, here is the list of what I have done so far:
H&R springs
Buddyclub Spec IV catback
Spoon ETD
Injen CAI
Rota Grid 17x7,5" (Yeah I know, everybody hates Rota haha)
Tinted windows
Removed Type R-stickers from sideskirts. Civic-emblems from trunk, Type R-emblem in the grill.

I think that's all :P

jonathan2006: I'm sorry, I need them once a year because of the swedish state.. :/ In sweden, your car is illegal if you change anything, and you will get tickets and they take your license if you drive an illegal car. You take your car to "Svenska bilprovningen" ("The swedish cartesting-unit" or something like that), and they check your car (they check EVERYTHING). If you are lucky, you get a good guy that likes cars and they can let you pass with some minor changes, but thats just if your lucky :)

Sweden has this laws to make sure that no car with big faults like bad brakes, rust on important stuff and so on, doesn't get out on the road because accidents can happen. And so far it's pretty good, I guess.. BUT! If you have a car like this for example, and put on better brakes and maybe a rollcage and better seats (makes the car better and even more safe), they dont let you drive it on the road. And God forbid that you tune your engine! :P They blame it on the enviroment issue and so on, but that's BS if you ask me. :P

Oh well, now you know a bit more about Sweden and the goverments hate towards motorsport :) Swedes has always been into motorsport and so on, but we don't get the goverments support so we're pretty f*cked I guess :/ I really hope that we could get a track close to Stockholm, the closest we have now is about 250 kilometers (155 miles) away. It doesn't look like we're getting any tracks though, but we'll keep fighting :)

Haha yeah it really sucks to like cars in Sweden :)

Kaotic_Zeus: Yeah, if I get a grumpy old fart that checks the car out I might be that unlucky :/ But most of the times they let you through with Catback's and CAI, but there is also a law that with the noise the car makes, so Buddyclub Spec 2 and so on are waaaay over the limit. Seats and belts has to be bone stock, and tinted windows is only allowed on the rear seat and back window.
