B16A MAP wiring help

I'm wiring up my B16A in my 93 DX. I noticed that the MAP sensor on the throttle body is a 3-prong sensor, and the only other connector i have to hook up is for a 2-prong sensor and there also is only one wire going into that connector. To wire that sensor, do i have to run 3 other wires to the shock tower harness, or am i making this more complicated than it is? Or would it be possible to swap out the throttle bodies from the B16A and the original D15B7 that was in my car?
