hi all,

Its time for me to change my tranny oil, I am considering using GM SynchroMesh:Friction Modified or Honda MTF.

Has anyone had bad experiences with these two oils?

using 10w-30 really should just be a temporary fix............. it's your tranny, you beat it up enough, at least give it the oil it needs...... honda mtf is excellent and will make your troubles go away. gm syncromesh is even better.........

Well either one is better than the crap my mechanic put in there when the tranny was reconditioned.

Honda seem to know whats best for their vehicles so ill go for the Honda MTF.

I've never changed mine, hasn't been a problem so far. I haven't had the car long though either

if it hasn't been a problem and you wanna keep it that way change it, that and the timing belt, especially if you're not the first owner of your car, you don't know how well they took care of it or how they drove it

DEAR FRIEND:
:) USE THE SAME TYPE OF OIL THAT YOU USE IN YOUR MOTOR FOR LUBRICATION .ITS THE BEST SOLUTION WITH GREAT RESAULTS...
