boosted h2b eg, slooow build

well.... I figured I would get my build thread going, even though it'll be a slow build.

car: 1995 civic dx hatch
body milage: 180,000
what was done to it when I got it:
full cat-back exhaust (unknown brand), jg header, cold air intake (unknown brand, prob ebay), different gauge face.
motor: d15b7 (burned oil like a mofo)

things I've done so far:
took cold air intake off, and switched for stock airbox. swapped cluster for ex cluster. put on oem honda lip (for shits an giggles). replaced motor for a d16z6, temporarily so i don't have to keep dumping oil in it every half day.

THE PLANS:
motor/trans:
- usdm H22A1 swap
- h2b kit
- either a gsr, or ls tranny
- lsd kit for tranny
- boost duh. (still doing research on what I want and shooting for)
- dart mid sleeves
- crower 2.5l stroker kit
- different intake mani, haven't looked yet....
- external oiling, or shortened oil pan.

EXTERIOR:
- spoon lip
- spoon duck bill
- c/f oem hood (maybe still undecided)
- rota slips, flat black
- dropped bout an inch an half, tokicos with h&r springs
- taking care of the little rust it has now
- respraying the car pearl white
- jdm head lights/corners
- jdm fenders
- replace hatch glass, again
- rear disc conversion
- tower an lower bars

INTERIOR:
- replace front seats, with what...idk yet....
- changing the interior color to black (using connies write up)
- replace carpet
- replace broken cup holder
- replace shift boot with red stitched black one
- block off radio opening (I don't listen to it anyways)

well that's about it kiddies, besides the little things I didn't want to write and are the ovious.

Nah...i don't wanna drop it anymore than what's needed to close fender gap above the wheels. as of power...i was shooting for 350-400 max. which is alot...but I figured tune it for track (drag) at 400, then turn it back to 350 for dd.

either way, shell be a fun lil bitch

ive been busy....jesus.

i did boost it by the way. but youll have to wait.....im working on getting another rex and doing that one first and leaving the hatch for a dd/work car til the rex is done.

wow...its been a while...lol. sorry its takin so long. but shortly after i made this thread we found out my mom had stage 4 cancer....so i was dealing with that from may last year (when we found out...she passed in july the same year) to bout may this year (mainly dealing with her bad debts and so on). so not much has progressed altho the outside of my car has seen a major change in the past week....

getting rid of all the small little dings and dents that couldnt be pounded out

doesnt look half bad for a 30 dollar paint job ehhh...lol. only to protect whats still under the factory paint, and yes im cutting the rear fenders out this weekend and putting new ones on.

as you can see i added a duckbill, lip, clear headlights with city lights with amber corners and fogs...also gots hids now. how the real fun is coming. hopefully next couple of weeks ill be getting the h25 ready to throw in there....hhehehehe

Did you get rid of the rust on the rear quarters or just say "eff it" and paint over it cause the progress pics look like you didn't fix it..

no haven't fixed it yet... I sprayed it one solid color, ill be replacing the rear 1/4 saturday. an yes its kinda running, the little d is on its last leg tho... im getting ready to throw the stroked h22 in there. when I get it put in ill post the build pics along with the dyno vid
