Rev limiting at 2500

I'm having a problem with my engine rev limiting at 2500RPM. Its a B16 OBDII to OBDI conversion and I just did a turbo engine build on it. When I rev it up it will hit 2500RPM and drop down to about 1200 and then rev back up and do the same thing. On my hondata I'm throwing the Codes for IAC, Knock sensor and Vtec spool error. I'm also hearing some engine knock pretty seriously. Some locals say it might be a bent valve, wrist pin problem, or a warped crank. any ideas on this issue would be great! thanks in advance for the advice!!

I think you taking it back to where you had the turbo installed/tuned would be better than trying to resolve it here~! Theres too much going wrong. Could be a bad tune, could be the IAVC clogged, Could be this could be that.. get it checked out and then report back.

TPS sensor could be not plugged in, or swapped w/the MAP sensor.
