yes, the head code is gonna be p28
For instance i have a d15b and the ecu thats supposed to run it is a p2j, thats also the head code. Did this help?
Now i dont know if this is always true but most the time the head code should match the ecu number

i mean like on the head its self it had like a 4 or 5 digit number. i am just trying to find out if im using a y8 or z6 head.
