So I'm switching to an OBD1 ECU, do I also need an OBD1 distributor? If so, from which cars can I get it? And besides the harness and the possible distributor, do I need anything else because of going OBD1?

no just the harness and ecu but whats with your thread title???
OBD1 ecus are not pos's obd2 ecus however are unless thats what you meant to say, lol
