Thanks for the compliments. After finals, I will have 3 weeks to work on my ride. I plan on installing at least 2 kill switches + the other work I haven't had time for. I will have some updates in early January.

i like what i see..i have a VSM as well..care to share what you paid for that lip:?
$338.66 after tax from a dealership. I sanded off the FBP paint. My lip is currently painted flat black.

Type II's are 36 level dampening adjustable per coil.

* power folding mirrors (80% done as of today)


Update: PF mirrors project are 95% done. All wiring is connected. Mirrors adjust and fold in and out. The 5% left over will be soldering all of the wiring nice and neat. :nod:

After getting some body work done, the body shop owner pointed out that my car had been in a rear end collision because the frame rails have some bends as seen in this picture below. I looked up my ride on car fax prior to buying it from the original owner. The owner told me that I'm very lucky that the damage was so minor otherwise I could have had allingment and suspension issues.

I got my rear driver side quarter pannel fixed today for $175. The body shop I went to has the best reputation in town and they did the work for half the price other shops wanted to charge.

Here is an old pic. I was testing out different headlights at the time to see which set I liked best. I currently need to get my front bumper repainted. I will get the front end finished the first week of June. Also, I eventually took off the yellow lamin-x film. I'm thinking about getting a Japanese license plate, but that might just be a little too JDM for me, IMO. I'm undecided. I will be posting several pics once my body work is done.

Thanks. I just got my WS2 installed yesterday. I don't feel satisfied. I feel like 95% of the cars on the road have mufflers that look like garbage. Even most high end mercedez and bmws have garbage mufflers. It kinda sucks, but other than that I really like it.

To answer your question: North American 6th gens have mirrors commonly called "elephant ears". Many countries overseas have a different style of mirrors identical to Japan. However, the JDM had a power folding feature because of the way their cars are stored in parking garages similar to what you see in the movie tokyo drift. Don't quote me because I don't know everything there is to know. I recommend getting European mirrors similar to mine if you really like them. The power folding mirror project I did wore me out.
