Help Civic Trade!!!

What up. I have a big question to everyone I have a 02 civic ep3
and I luv my ep but The mod are very expenced my friend have a 00 Em1 Si
And he want to do a even trade with me and I see in here an other websites em1 mod part are pretty
cheap comparing to the ep so idk If I should do it or not.
So what you guys think B16a or K20.

Em1 have 110,XXX and my EP 100,000 and yeah they both payoff there no problem on both. I will post some pics tomorrow morning so you guys can see both of them
also both cars are bone stock.

i would take the em1. I had an 05 ep3 and hated it.

The K20a3 makes the same horsepower at 1000 RPM's lower, and it provides another 21 ft/lbs of torque at 2000 lower RPM's. Also, the larger displacement gives it more potential. In my opinion, the K20a3 is much better. I would keep the EP3.
