shuld i buy some bbs rz size 14 for my 96 civic coupe for 150 rims are in good shape but tires have about 40 % life left

Agreed. Save your money and buy something a little bigger and nicer. 15" or 16" and you'll be good.

Possibly. They look like my old Enkei rims I had when I got my EJ8. Not a fan but used as winter rims with some beefy tires that were great in snow.

14s are awesome for snow tires
Winterforce tires are beast in snow and for 14s there only like 50 bucks
