b18c head on b16a2 block

Ok guys so i have a b16a2 that needs some headwork done (valve adjustment, new valve sills, and possibly new valves) i was just wondering if i should just throw a b18c head on my block and call it good since the internals of the b18 are a little better then the b16, and i can get an b18c head for around $350 do you think it would be more of a headach to go through the original head or to just put on a b18c?

idk about better as far as everything goes. Smaller combustion chamber on the GSR head will yield more compression thats about it
