Well last night got a call from some buddies to hit a bar downtonw worcester here In Massachusetts. Well i take Rt9. which is racers paradise all the way median blocks on both sides so its pretty hard for cops to make Ueis. Anywho. What i love about this Route. is that theres a light every mile so if its late at night you can get a good race or two. well what do you know. a good looking mint condition. 88 Supra V6 probrably 5sp pulls up and does this hesitation type motion like he wants to race. so im like shit whatever ill smoke you. you have so much weight. well light turns right. i pulled on him so good that I just loved the sound of vtec on everygear. on third i was so gone. it wasnt even funny. so the black guy its like whats that a civic honda yeah but its an SI bud. not your everyday EX rice ball you see. the guy was like Thumbs up. then a Jetta 1.8T tugboat pulls up with the most ugliest bodykit ever. lets just say the supra and I spanked him so bad. i pulled my soonroof all the way back and after we had spanked him. he goes by us like if he still had a chance. so I fliped the bird on him. so he like hits his brakes right. and im like what dude your shit slow dude. and were like this all the way talking shit. so were like you wanna go lets get the light so we stopped at the light and its still green. but its like 1:30 in the morning. so it turns red we wait turns green i jumped him so good again. on third i love third on these si anyone with and si can relate its over if you jump all your gears on third. i swear its over. anywho smoked him the guy laughed at the other light. i was like sad dude. whats that. he had the wolfsburg edition like 150Hp with turbo just sad sad. anywho just wanted to share a fun night i had. wish i had more like this every day. LOL.

what mods do you have on your car? the jetta you race was probably a auto. jetta are pretty quick with couple of mods. the 1.8t with couple upgrades do 14s easy.

nope it was 5p. i asked him he said he had a chip but i highly doubt. it because i looked it up. and a 99 wolfsburg jetta edition 1.8t. is 150Hp stock. with a ecu chip is 190. so i know he was bullshittin.
Now in the other hand a jetta vr6 would of killed me because ive been there. but i was behind his bumper all the time real close but could never pass him.

Oh the mods i have are. I/E/ port and polished intake manifold. 2.5piping straight thru. Im getting here next week some power pullies. a header and i should be fine. for a few more Ponies. really want to be naturally aspirated. turbo or supercharger on the works but not close yet.

From your thread I would say you still get excited just telling us. Supras are very heavy cars. Still like them and miss my 91 turbo I used to have. Bought it brand new and should of never traded it in for a 92 civic. But I got introuble and thats a loooong story.
