First Toon Attempt

Give me some pointers... I know it's not real clean but, hey it's my first shot at the toon technique. :)

I selected the rims and used a radial blur at 25%... Thanks for the comments. 8)

Poster edge filter... that would have been good to know. All I really used was the polygonal lasso tool, paintbrush tool, eye dropper for the colors and the fill.

but, the way I wanted the background it just seemed rite to have the rims moving too. Plus this shit takes way too long. 8)
