installing a aftermarket bumper!

i'm installing a r34 for my coupe but the bumper subport is in the way, can i take it off and not change any laws or anything. i know if i get hit in the front the front is gone but its the only besides stock. any help???

you could..you're talking about the rebar (spelling not sure) right? you can take it off but it creates a safety issue when you get in an accident.

get in accident without that crossbar can cause big problems, check on custom making one
