Hi Everyone ..i've been experiencing a BIG Problem with my VTEC EG8 Civic (AUTOMATIC)....i bought it recently (Second Hand) & now servicing things that need attending to.....Anyhow cruising doing 30-40 on the speed meter on THIRD GEAR the car shimmering (Front Vibrating) but when i release the X the FOURTH GEAR slipping in & the shimmering stopping.... i thought it wasn't a big deal but it started frustrating me .....i decided to check my machanic & he told me it could be a number of things so this is what i did....-->>>>
I CHANGED...-->>
(1) All the engine mounts
(2) Three (3) Transmission...I thought was the Transmission thats why i change so many..I used the Original Honda Transmission Oil
(3) Engine Oil...I used Castrol GTX
(4) Verlosity Joints (axle) L & R Sides
But i'm faced with the same problem .....CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT HERE .....it's like finding a needle in a hay stack......i'm all out of options ....as well as money ....it's very costly.....i need help urgently.....Honda People please i desperately crying out here...... :cry:
