Baltimore speed shops.

Hey everyone, i just moved to the Baltimore area and im looking for a good, reliable shop to have some suspension work done at. As well as im looking for some shops around here that offer decent parts.

Second, where does everyone go around here for car audio installs? I would like to find a place that sells JL amps, or Phoenix amps.

Any help out there?
