Was out with people last night, ended up racing a friend's new Si. A couple other guys have wanted to race me for a while in one of these, so I didn't know what to except. This guy has full DC header and exhaust and intake, so it's actually making some decent more power. He raced another Si about a month ago (a bone stock one) and beat it by like 2-3 cars.
Well anywho. He launches off the little two-step they have built in, I launch from like 5400 and spin a little. We are god damn dead even. My 2nd gear seems like its slightly pulling him, barely creeping out there. I hit third, he does too, and I see him start to creep back. I'm at like 7400 in 3rd and gaining, hear him shift (different gearing of course) and his 4th starts to pull.
I get into 4th, but no luck. He pulled like a 1/2 car on me and I was at his rear quarter panel. Was really fun to see how different the cars are geared though. 3rd and 4th on the K's are lethal.

Also raced a turbo Del Sol and it was almost the same outcome. We both launched nice, I pulled the shit out of him on launch and in 2nd. I shifted out of 2nd a little early at like 7800, and INSTANTLY when I shifted early I saw him jump a little bit and start to pull me. When we shut down he had 1/2 car on me.

Turbo LS Integra from a roll. Probably put 2 cars on him. I had no idea who he was or what exactly was done. I've seen the car around but know nothing about it. People have told me it's not toooooo sloppy, but is pretty much a fairly cheap LS turbo kit and made like 240-250 horsepower. He got pulled by 149 wheel horsepower. haha
