CF hood spots?

My carbon fiber hood has weird spots on it. I just got it a month ago. how can i remove them? sorry no pics. it looks like a discoloration on the clear coat. any sugestions?

its the clear on the hood bring it back there is no way to fix it i had the same prob with my hood before
